I have spent 20 years living under the weight of patriarchal shame and repression. Through stubborn determination, divine grace and the help of generous teachers, I have found my way out. The air feels crisper here on the other side, and my hips feel like they want to dance.

I hold space for intentional ritual ceremonies that reawaken you to the powerful oracle that is your delicious body. We use dance and somatic awareness to create safety inside yourself…and then conjure up poetry with our actions through ritual and symbols to welcome in the divine, whatever that may look like for you.
